The kiwi? - I think its not so much a case of I know him, as he knows 
(of) me. If its the bloke I'm thinking of then its a guy I sold a 
language course to about 7 years ago. The new owner (Mark) seems to have 
bought the place because he used to like drinking in it and couldn't 
bear the thought of seeing the place go. Bars have been bought for 
stranger reasons.
