Those who lump together as "Kansai-ben" are non-Kansaijin, especially
Tokyo-jin. Actually Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe, Nara...etc., those regions has
slightly different accents each.

No, but I can only distinguish the difference of British English and
American English and southern accent.
