Kind of like how we don't recognize incestuous marriage but do not
prevent incestuous procreation. (by artifical means; incestuous sexual
intercourse is a crime under Florida law) Please, the argument about
"consistency" is a loser.

California should be prouder. It only took two tries to outlaw sex with
human corpses.
