The con is that May is tsuyu in Okinawa.

The pro is that May is one of the cheaper months to travel, with lots of
deals on hotels, etc.

It's not *too* hot. Remember -- summer in Okinawa is just a little hotter,
and generally less humid than, Tokyo.
May would be perfect if it wasn't for the damn rain.

Even with the rain though, it's a decent time.

How long will this honeymoon be? Will you have enough time free from your
husbandly duties to share a bottle of Okinawa's finest?
