VoIP -as my VoIP provider provides, is actually OK. There are no lags, no
noise, no echo etc. And my connection is not so fast either (256Kbps DSL
line). It offers international phone calls upto 8 times cheaper. And you
dial from a real phoneset to a real phone-set (to actual phone numbers).
