Guys,
some of you might have been using Internet telephony, but some might not
for various reasons. I have been spending many hours to reach a certain degree
of "perfection".
SKYPE works great with many countries, therefore I have set up my own private
network with most translators in Japan and overseas.
The other day I discovered STANAPHONE where you can get a real phone number
in the USA. It's great if you do business in the USA while you reside here
in Japan. If you are absent, you'll receive a message from the other party
in your email (WAV file). And you can call toll-free numbers in the USA for
free! It's a very good substitute for Skype if the sound quality happens
to be less satisfactory.

And for those who are not familiar with Internet telephony, you can also
call a phone number from your computer. Many countries will cost you just
2 cents per minute.
