This certainly is a double standard. Japan adds everybody who was anywhere
near the blast radius to its official death toll when they die, regardless
of cause of death. Se we get the odd spectacle of people dying at a ripe old
age of 90, some 60 years after the bombing, being counted as A-bomb deaths.
All this while nickle and diming the Nanjing death toll.
