We've got more time in Kobe that we initially wanted and are pondering 
shuffling that around.  We've been to Shiraishi Island and Awaji in 
years past and they were both pretty entertaining.  I've never done a 
multi-day cruise of that area, despite having Richie's "Inland Sea" 
laying around here unread for a couple of years.

It sure makes the the inland sea look pretty bad.  I recall seeing all 
the industry there when we visitied Shiraishi but overall it makes it 
look pretty bleak.

I didn't really expect that between Nagoya and say Mishima there were 
any little mini-Takayama's, but I was hoping for something for those 
who like walking and gawking.
