If She sues Him of being the father of her child, and he vehemently denies 
it, what other options are left to make it sure? After all, the loser will 
have to bear the cost. It's common practice to test for DNA in murder and 
other cases where someone has died. If Her lawyer asks for the test, His 
Lawyer or the judge can refuse on what grounds?
It's like a defendant being sentenced to several years without being asked a 
single question during the trial...
