I thought the point here was that any joke with those components was
bound to be in bad taste. For a leftie, Chalo has rather good taste.
So the witty part is that there is no joke, no joke possible, and he's
pointing it out -- and getting extra kudos from the ladies for that
piteous "I just don't have it in me
at the moment", which'll have them all running to his bedside with
bracing beef tea. So sensitive, that Chalo!
