A few. It's mostly a hentai thing though. As I have previously stated,

I have often wondered as to whether Anno wrote that scene as a slap in
the face to all his fans, tantalizing them with the thought of one of
their favourite hentai fanfic scenarios coming to pass (and that the
film would end with a 10 minute long sex scene between Shinji and
Misato), only to kill her off, leaving their wishes totally
unfulfilled.
