Eric,

You have come up with some really stupid comments in the past, but this one
is tops most of then. The US Constitution is NOT a world constitution (there
is no such thing), instead it applies to the US, as the Japanese
Constitution applies to the Japan. Your failure to realize the difference
between national law and international law is almost as bad as your failure
to realize that good people don't want their privacy taken away from them.

Another absurd statement by you. Name ONE country that treats citizens and
people outside the country the same, as to voting rights, etc.
