Certainly. However, the discussion of the relative size of an artificial
being's mammories crossposted over three groups like this is not
specifically a UK matter. It is therefore off topic, since general
conversation about such matters belongs on a miscellaneous group, not a
specialist group. While this means that a crossposting to raam is possibly
a reasonable thing, a further crossposting to umaa is not.
