Then you ignore all my posts about discrimination against foreigners in Japan, for one.

Because for example, people like myself are criminals, whether others ever know it or not,
and after 1987, there is supposedly no way for even I to know about my criminal record.

So, how is my own criminal record of one arrest and guilty plea for shoplifting any less
"metaphysical" than OJ's true criminal status?

PS, don't say, you can conduct a background check on me, because you allegedly wouldn't
find anything. Even my single traffic ticket (Hawaii, 1986) is no longer on my driving
abstract, which I have seen numerous times.

Because they put their trust into a flawed legal system even they can recognize as flawed,
most without even bothering to think of how it can be improved.
