No. JET was my job. Didn't even imagine taking on private students or
getting more money. Now I only stick to one job, too. My leisure time is
more important than simple money. I asked my wife this year if she wanted me
to get a part time job or do stuff like teach English in my spare time to
get more money.
She said no.
Strange one, my wife. She doesn't want a free house in Hawaii, either.
