Okay, so it is a word play involving the swapping of vowels? You have
got to be kidding!

My Japanese is bad enough as it is, but having to decipher this is
ridiculous. I did some Googling of the term, and the best I can come
up with is that it is some type of editorial comment, probably of an
obscene nature. Frankly, it is not worth the trouble to waste time
deciphering something that will probably be nothing but a juvenile
insult.

Frankly, I don't know what he was commenting on, but clearly
communications is not his forte. My first exposure to him in this
thread is a cryptic comment "Do we have Hughs in this NG?" in response
to a post of mine to someone else. Not having the faintest idea what
he was talking about, I looked up "Hughs" in Google and Wikipedia, and
the only thing I found was that Hugh is a common name, with no
significant connotation attached.

I don't have the faintest idea why he would want to know if there were
anyone by that name, so his Spring Throat made less sense than even
his previous comment.

Maybe he thinks he was being witty, but frankly there is a big
difference between being witty and merely being Okay, so it is a word

difference between being witty and merely being bewildering. He should
work on his communication skills.
