where the floor of the theatre has been completed but not the desks -
so my guess is that would be summer 2000. That was stage 3 of the
expansions. Stage 1 was about 15 months earlier. The current
construction is expansion #5.

Back in 2000 there would have been 12 classrooms, an enlarged teacher's
office (that was when we ripped the wall out of the existing teacher's
office to include the adjoining classroom, and why that office has 2
sets of doors), and then 2 PC labs upstairs, with my former office,
theatre, radio station, office space etc down stairs. This renovation
will probably be the last for Aoi  Hall. There is a bit of info in
