Kuroda-sensei to you matey :-) Okinawa is obviously way too informal.
She taught me briefly just before JLPT1 in '96, and retired about 18
months ago. When AIJP was created she was one of the initial team
auditors, and IIRC was the only one not rotated through SILAC during
any of the 3 cycles completed since then. I audited about 20+ of her
classes after 2001, mostly at intermediate level, some AJSP, and while
I don't know if my surveys were one of the reasons she didn't get a
SILAC gig or not she didn't seem to mind and I don't think it mattered.
Some instructors prefer the relative stability of AIJP, and she was one
who fits that bill.

Behave. Working with a diverse group of people is never easy, and
wherever results could be numerically quantified her performance was as
good as any.
