This was a problem, and I've been in arguments about the general
un-helpfulness of some folks here when such questions are asked, but I
don't think recently we get these questions all that much. Typically
the response was 'www.google.com' which isn't all that helpful, or was
written so that it could be interpreted to be condescending. What I've
found odd about such responses is that it's not as though someone walks
up and asks the question directly to an individual on the street but
the responses sometimes appear to take offense at being disturbed as
though that's the case.
