Don't you mean, there is reasonable doubt about him molesting children?

But the circumstances remain the same, no matter how it is presented
before a judge and jury or the unreliability of any witnesses. Do you
believe it could have gone differently if the previous boy's case had
gone to trial or this prosecuter had not taken his particular approach?
