In Outlook Express 6 (which I see you are using), click Tools, then Options,
then on the security tab, then check the  Restricted sites zone box. OF
course, you also should make sure you have your anti-virus program up to
date and that you use Windows Update to download fixes for the very
vulnerabilities that some of these viruses - scripts and Active X controls -
try to exploit.
