Hi --

The CD drive in my Satellite 2805-S201 seems to have given up. When I put a CD
in it and click on the drive icon, I get the message "Please insert CD."

I have replaced CDs in tower machines many times, but never in a laptop.

Does anyone have any advice about replacing a dead CD drive in this type of
unit?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
