First question is why you want to do this? International postal money orders
are useful when you are in one country and you have to send payment in
another currency to someone in another country. For example, I used to use
them when I lived in Japan to pay the occasional bill back in the United
States. If you are going to Japan you should just take ordinary traveler
checks.
