Your camera should have come with a installation CD. Did it? If not you can download it from canon's website. I think you will need the original CD because it is the upgrade. Anyway once you have the program uploaded simply plug your camera in and when the computer recognizes it push ignore, or cancel which ever gets you our of that program. From there you will be taken to a program (automatically) called File Viewer Utility. Once there click on the camera or memory card icon (it should be the first one) then click on remote shoot.
