    Windows XP does not have a a year listed after it (i.e. there is no such 
thing as "Win XP Pro 2002", but there is such a thing as "Windows XP 
Professional Edition") Are you sure you've put in the correct disk? For 
example, you didn't put in "Office XP 2002"?
