Hello

I've been studying Japanese for almost 4 years now (mainly spoken - My
hiragana and katakana are fine but my kanji is very poor).Could someone
reccomend an electronic dictionary?

The Canon G50 looks good, but the Sharp PW9700 has a feature whereby if you
look up the kanji for "yama" (mountain), compounds with the yama kanji in
the second position like "tozan" will also be listed. apparently on the
Canon you would need to always look up a word by its first kanji. It sounds
imporatant - what does everyone think?

I believe that the Canon has English menus, but I don't know about the
Sharp.

I don't have the oppurtunity to try before I buy, so any advice will be
greatly appreciated, as would reccomendations of other models.

Thanks.
