Maybe they know Shannon and just enjoy yanking an asshat's chain.
I seem to recall him having trouble voting on the last go-round as
well.....and having just as much conspiratorial claptrap in his then
as he does now.
For what it's worth:
I voted a week or so ago. The last time I had to actually request a
ballot for anything was 2004; they just automatically send them to me.
I believe I have to renew my request following this election, though.
For the life of me I can't figure out why the Smartest Man In The
Group can't seem to do something as simple as voting absentee....
