I remember a few years back that if you flew on Japan Airlines, they could arrange bilingual meishi printed and ready for delivery to your hotel in Tokyo at minimal cost. When I search around the internet, all the typesetting and other nonsensical charges seem to make the whole exercise either very difficult or very expensive.
