No... likely my return from purgatory to settle down into a regular IT-oriented desk job here in Nagoya killed the revolutionary rant-spirit. The isolation thingie was the result of being in the Philippines, not Japan. I can only get angry about mundane things anymore -- the inanity of bosses; how the general populace can be dicks (Dear People who Park Diagonally Across Two Handicapped Parking Spaces: Die. Love, The 2); and how there seems to be an industrial vacuum cleaner attached to my pay statement every month. None of these subjects is worth maintaining a web site for, so I switched over to photography in 2004 and went from there. (I've now been published in the Gifu Shimbun three times. :)) One of these days I'll have completed my years-long downtown rephotography project (I take a photo of the same spot every year; I'm up to 6 years' worth now) and put that up. But my life is now far too routine and predictable to write about.
