Laptop identification

I have recuperated an old notebook with a trouble at the entry point 
for the power supply. On the notebook I can sea Toshiba but when I 
compare it with the picture on the web i can't recognize it. It has a 
13" screen, an amd K6-2 300 MHz, cdr, two slots for memory, an ess 
audio es1869S chip. On the bios, I can read M175 1.03. The chipset is 
82371 AB. There is an IC Chips 65555 too and a synaptics touchpad.
The notebook seems to be a chaplet one but it's very difficult to find 
any information on it en how to upgrade it. For example there are three 
sets of jumpers but I cannot guess their meaning.
