Stay Away From This Chinese Exporter.  Smoke & Mirrors trying to appear as a
major player, come to find it is a one-man show.

Our firm was in the market for wall-mount hot-water heaters.  Zhongshan Haba

We negotiated price, terms, models, and specifications for a sample order,
and placed same.   $2,740.00 was paid by us up-front in the form of a wire
(receipt available) to this company, with a contracted ship date of 10 days
following payment.

10 days after payment, no shipment.  14 days after payment, there is a
"problem" with our specs, what were they again?  25 days after payment, they
have to re-design due to our specs.  35 days after payment, they were still
not ready to ship, and they offered a full refund, which we accepted.

Since that time, we have been promised a full refund of $2740.00 USD every
week, with nothing ever showing up.Then we were promised a refund "by
November 1st".  Then "In November".  Then "by December 1st".  Here we are,
December 30th, and nothing.

We have copies of all invoices, wire receipts, emails and MSN IM
communications to substantiate these claims.

We simply wish to make sure no other trusting companies are swindled as we
were by sending money and receiving nothing in return.
