(TEPCO) has announced there will be no blackouts today (March 27 Sunday). Like yesterday, trains will run today along stripped-down schedules on most lines. JR East has announced limited suspension on only the Kururi Line in southern Chiba. Part of the Sagami Line, part of the Ryoumou Line, Joban Line beyond Tsuchiura and Tohoku Line beyond Kuroiso are still closed. Other major operators say that no sections will be closed. All sections of the JR Central Gotemba Line as well as the Minobu Line will be in operation today.
