Agreed, and it also covers some stories other papers (Nihon Keizai,
Asahi) didn't cover.

Yeah, local news seemed to be a bit behind. Well, that's why we paid
(or were supposed to pay) NHK.

In the entertainment section, the restaurant reviews are great. Their
movie reviews, well, Fazio reads like he took a correspondence course
in smarmy movie reviews.
But the Monday and Thursday issues are good sources for job hunters.
