I found the following of particular appeal, me being of Scots descent as
well as liking the accompaniment of the fairer sex for obvious reasons ...

Looks as though all of the trains through to Hakata are "manseki" until
07 May. Guess no onsen trip to Yufuin or Kumamoto until after that.
Incidentally, if you have never taken the green express train from
Tenjin to Yufuin, do so with someone who is agile, compliant, and can
think up new things to try. Often. But remember that the floors are
wood plank and conduct sound a lot better than steel or honeycomb
(DAMHIKIJK). The trip is almost better than the stay. The homebrew
beer they serve on board is also excellent.
