I hope this reply is not late for you to decide it.
The salary will be different according to your level and age.
If you are a intermediate level engineer, offered pay is not so bad.
Specially if you are single, it is enough to live.
But if you should live in seoul, it may not be enough.
There are so much conditions to decide your offered pay is good or not good.
One thing you should make it in mind, you never lived in Korea.
I just can say that your offered pay is not so bad.
You just make your decision. ^^;;
