先ず驚いたことに、
　「１５日早朝前２時半に、１４日から僅か１時間半睡眠で善悪逆の
耐え難い激痛の頭痛傷害で叩き起こされ」
善悪逆に目の奥に掛けられ昏倒する様な激痛で職場（冷房有り）で
も故意に何もさせず、深夜には３４℃も有る部屋なのに氷嚢の必要な、
　「善悪逆の非常に長時間の耐え難い激痛の頭痛傷害を、
***連続計１７時間半+!!!***（１６日午前７時+ 現在）」
　＜（善悪逆の）耐え難い激痛の頭痛傷害が掛かっていなければ
全く気が済まない。最低でも（善悪逆に）重い風邪位の苦痛を与え
て貰いたい（それは傷害である）。馘になっていなければ生きてい
る限り、耐え難い激痛の頭痛傷害が無いと蔑ろだ＞
と掛けられているが、***全く止める気配が無い***。
早朝には１４日から僅かに１時間半睡眠である。
１６日午前０時にして善悪逆の頭痛の為に夕食が摂れていない。
７・８月中連日を被害者の自室は３３℃以上も有るのに午前中迄の
大幅な睡眠妨害と職場内以降の善悪逆の耐え難い頭痛傷害、善悪逆の
傷害・凶行、連続犯罪への加担、大嘘での騙し込みでくるのは、
部下に毎年２０本ずつは共著論文を書かせる（医学部教授は第３著者）
者のやることとは全く思えない偏執狂的な卑怯さ＋犯罪度であり、
社会通念上の意味では１医学部教授は精神異常と思われるべきである。
医学上の問題でなく司法の問題であり、司法機関からの出廷命令を
出されたい。

地域内に最大音量での執拗なリストラ脅迫、彼等の欲求・動機上の
大嘘での騙し込みを続行され続けている。

かも過去の無断返還を捜査しないが今年はそれで人事決定である））
等に基いて脅迫・凶行・傷害を止めないのか？　
彼等は特に執拗な連続落選依頼と連続人事との連動回数も多く、
職場や特定大学出身で揃って法学部と結託しており、最高裁からの
放置は非常に卑劣である）
去年の被参照数が職場でトップクラスでも関係ない、我々が委員数
を０として最下位扱いして馘と言えば馘だ。副責任者以上が何を
やっても無罪でやり抜けるのが、ジュリスト論文通りの改革だ。
我々の全ての言動（連続落選依頼と連続人事；善悪逆の傷害・凶行・
扇動の激化）やジュリスト論文の読み方は法学部教授（刑法、憲法、
最高裁調査官）等に聞いて一々確認済みで、低地位の被害者が事件
に出来る可能性が無いことも我々には明白だ。
論文を私等（６０代多くと大量の当て付け人事の可也と京都大学）
全員と天皇家様と１国会議員が被害者に全く書かれたくないのだ。
馘にするのは論文を生涯書かせない目的を兼ねる。

知事!!（責任者と完全にグルであり善悪逆に凶行・傷害を連動さす
ので責任位掛けられたい）、
１国会議員!!や天皇家（子夫婦!!!；１国会議員？）の振りをもされ
ながら非常に執拗であり、地域内・職場内、アメリカを全部騙し込
もうとする卑怯・卑劣且つ悪質な手口であり、

トラ脅迫及び応訴を連呼される集団催眠暴行傷害***」
を掛けられている。

　＜職場（最近は自宅もだが）で被害者に研究や仕事をさせたくない＞
という職場上司や医学部教授や京都大学やグルの連中の悪意に満ち
ている。毎年二十人掛かりの部下に論文を量産させ名前を連ねさせ
る医学部教授の割には（その後の落選依頼も入れると）偏執狂的な
卑怯・卑劣さである。

不可能にされ、コンビニ（職場正門前；北大教官？からの間違った
憎悪の咳払いに遭う）やタクシー内で善悪逆のダニ扱い凶行をやり
抜かれる被害に遭った。

帰宅後は善悪逆の非常に長時間の耐え難い激痛の頭痛傷害を掛けら
れながらリストラ脅迫や彼等の大嘘での催眠術傷害を相変わらずの
加害者連中（Ａ、京大関係者、Ｂ、Ｃ、責任者、京都大学Ｆ、
元京都大学Ｉ）ばかりか演習手下、両親、知事、天皇家（子夫婦）
の振りで続行され続けている。
何日告発してもこうも卑劣な傷害・凶行・騙し込みを全部やり狂わ
せるのは非常に卑怯・卑劣且つ悪質・非道な態度であり、
　「***善悪逆の非常に長時間の耐え難い激痛の頭痛傷害を掛け続け
ながら、職場内・地域内、アメリカを彼等のリストラ脅迫に依る
扇動（洗脳）や、彼等の欲求・動機の侭の大嘘で騙し抜いて連続犯罪＋
連続人事＋凶行＋扇動を連動するのは、被害者の履歴や論文原稿内
容を妬んで妬んだら世界で最も何でもやる加害者連中や地方大学法
学部教授２人はやってのけても、地方大学教授が幾ら過去の友人や
知り合いでも、地域癒着性の非常に高い地域での密室犯罪に対して、
最高裁判所程東大法学部（職場責任者はＣ、刑法・憲法と同じだが）
を中心とした最重要な機関でいながら大胆不敵な重大犯罪を事件対
応せずに放置していい選択肢は無い***」
ことにお気付き頂きたい。
大量に昇進付いている連中への配慮と比べれば、最高裁判所から
「加害者連中は殺意を持っている」と断じられるべき時点に思える。
京都大学も若い頃からだが、アメリカ学会論文誌合否入れ替えだけ
でも二十数人（三十人近く）の大量の連続当て付け人事に繋がり、
昨年の京都大学Ｎからの被害、京都大学Ｆからの被害だけでも６+人事
に直結しているのに反省感の欠片も無く、被害者を罷免にしたい意
欲を向け続ける卑劣さであるが、被害者を暗殺する前に京都大学全
体としての責任感を名簿すら送らず連続犯罪を煽る現状から抜け出
て日本や世界に事件公開で示して頂きたい。
最高裁判所という国内の正義の拠り所になるべき機関でありながら、
この状態での放置や彼等への加担・鼓舞は日本の司法機関の頂点と
して「正義」を謳う機関の取り続けていい態度とは全く思えないが、
加害者連中の即日逮捕で当然だが、最低でも責任公開位は緊急にされたい。
最高裁判所からの刑事事件公開命令が絶対に必要である。

最高裁判所には可也前に京都大学と縁の有る１人が居られ、彼が
全く私的な欲求で、特に被害者に過去から汚い京都大学Ｆ、当時京都
大学Ｉ・Ｈ、元京都大学Ｍから被害者を極めて陥れたい欲求が非常
に強い（既に学会無断除名（これは今の職場労働組合加入拒否（パ
ートでも加入の筈だが）と同様に彼等の犯罪であり、それを科件費
無断返還の様に先にやって後から被害者を陰で犯罪者（冤罪だが）
の様に騙し込む、学会Ａ・Ｂと結託して実行された極めて汚い手口
であり事件公開が必要である）をやられアメリカ学会論文誌合否入
れ替えに使われた（この手は今年１月の被害にも使われた様である））
為に医学部教授と組んで勝手にデッチ上げられた、
　「３秒で５重の大嘘（正常ならば有り得ないと気付かれるべきだが
最低でも責任公開して頂きたい）の果てしない繰り返し（延べ
３００万回+以上繰り返されていると思える）で騙し込む催眠術傷害」
に善悪逆の耐え難い激痛の頭痛傷害と京都大学からの連続犯罪＋
連続当て付け人事の中で何の責任も掛けて貰えずに激化してしまった。
現在の１人の方はその人に何かの恩でも感じられて居られるのか、
その京都大学と縁の有る人の過去の態度を立ててその方向に暴走さ
れようとされておられる様だが、
これ程善悪逆の卑怯な傷害＋凶行＋連続犯罪＋天皇家（子夫婦）の
名乗りを全部やられては、残りの１３〜１４名の方々で加害者連中
を逮捕するか責任公開をさせるか、それすらされない場合にでも
最高裁１人の方が加害者連中の行為を肩代わりして責任を代わりに
取られるかを、今の段階でして頂く必要が有り過ぎる。
最高裁判所殿。善悪逆の殺害紛いの傷害（横浜事件を大幅に超えて
いると思う）の中で職場・市民を扇動しながら大嘘で無限回の繰り
返しで国とアメリカを騙し抜き続けるのを、直ちに彼等を直ちに
逮捕するか責任公開される責任をはっきり示して頂きたい。
全く変えない放置の態度は殺人の見張り役（それも職業・職位上
全く許されない）並に極めて卑怯・卑劣且つ悪質・非道である。
騙し抜きながら善悪逆の傷害・凶行・連続犯罪を最後迄やらせる行
為を万が一止めさせ事件公開して頂けなければ、加害者連中と札幌
地検、東京地検の一部が共犯関係に有る以上、後の時代に最高裁判
所全体も「共犯」と断じられても仕方ないのではないか？
公開しないことを悪と分っていても恐らくその頃に「口無し」にな
っている被害者以外には利害上積極的に事実関係の全貌を捜査公開
しようとする者が居ないと思われているのかもしれないが、今の
　「***現在進行中だが、大幅な睡眠妨害か善悪逆の長時間の耐え
難い傷害を掛けられながら、最大音量で非常に長時間、職場中・地域中、
アメリカ中を騙し込まれ続けている最も卑怯な冤罪作り --（そも

他に例が無い程に研究の割には長年の欲得を尽くしながら真面目な
研究を（職場内では）生涯しない上に欲求の侭の連続当て付け人事
を最高速で起こし抜いている連中の欠点と２１世紀の制度変更以来
（多分に指名の）高職位でも世の中で何をやってもよくなった
（ジュリスト論文に基づき自らも連続落選依頼に関る法学部教授の
判断で何を幾らやっても事件にならない（札幌地検をゼミ生で固め
てさせない）と彼等自身で全て決定できる）という彼等の判断から、
法学部教授３人・医学部教授１人の思い上がりから、
各々似た欠点の愛弟子を持つ京都大学元教授数人から過去に被害者
を虐待した経緯からの強い動機や強い欲求や彼等への媚を人生の
コツと思うＦから、その他の職業少数からの欲求とそういう人物へ
の媚から、暴走を放置した不対応の地検一部等の動機から）
大嘘を凄じく（世界最悪の回数）繰り返されている催眠術傷害***」
を放置・激化させ、しかも善悪逆に最も耐え難い激痛の頭痛傷害や
複数の激痛（日本や世界のどんな悪人（被害者側ではない）にも掛
けない苦痛度；少なくとも責任者や１医学部教授の欲求で起こされ
るべきでなく公に「重い傷害」扱いして頂きたい）を掛け続けながら
（善悪逆に）自殺を教唆（強要）してきているのは世界で最も卑怯
な状態・判断であり、譬え最高裁判所の裁判官でも
「（放置は）善悪逆の殺害（暗殺をして完全犯罪にする）に加担し
ている」位に機関自ら認識されるべきであろう。

例えば落選依頼を一つ入れられても人生が大幅に狂う人は安定の職
位になる前には多いが、委員や業務で全て外してそれらに高い得点
を付け、しかも研究面で連続落選依頼を入れ抜く（しかも職場内に
於いては彼等自身は欲得程の頑張りをしていないが）のをどうして
重い職業違背行為に思わないのか？
彼等の人生の欲得は全国的にも集中しているが、共通しているのは、
　●生涯業績が僅かな時点（昔だったり６０代の動機や被害者に当
て付けたい欲求で）で被害者より高職位に勝手になっている。
　●彼等に殆ど無い（０〜１本程度）現職場以前の業績を全く無視
すると勝手に決めている。
　●被参照業績は全て無視しながら科研費（過去の無断返還を捜査
しない；今の人事も科研費で起きたと思える）は過重に重視する。
被害者の論文業績（外国論文も）を彼等の独断だけで勝手に０本に
近い扱いをしている。生涯被参照業績が０回の彼等が結託して、
６０回は有ると思える被害者を「絶対に馘にしたい」と職場を扇動
され続けている。
　●委員は全部指名で決められているが責任者の好みや科研費で決
められている。委員数や副査数を仲間意識で決められているが、
被害者を無理矢理に０にして、それらは元々時給１０万円程の欲得
が有る上に後から業績評価で大差の得点にされている。
　●制度変更で責任者が何をやってもいいと決めて以来、職場会議
に出すメンバーを急に変えたりするから組織票が集中する。被害者
の職場では急に評議員も副責任者も選挙から責任者の指名に変わり、
過去に科研費無断返還したメンバーが指名で約１０年もすることに
なった。それらの連中は連続落選依頼と大量の連続当て付け人事を
やり狂った。
　●加害者連中は自ら掛けるのみならず法学部教授（刑法・憲法）や
少なくとも京都大学に連続落選依頼（連続落選依頼は刑法教授は自
らも関りながら勝手に「制度変更以降は事件でない」と決めている
が裁判所命令で事件命令・判決を出して頂きたい；合否入れ替えでも
せず、不当な査読拒否でもせず、アメリカに取られても事件にせず、
第一報に４年７ヶ月掛けられても事件にせず、再投稿で直っている
のに査読者を入れ替えられて何故か初投稿でのミスを再び落選理由
にする等の全部を故意に捜査公開をしないのは共犯ではないのか？）
を頼み込んで実行し続け、それを毎回の被害を毎回４人事ずつ位の
連続人事に直結している。
　●落選依頼の過程で上記の連中がアメリカ編集者を中心に彼等の
強過ぎる欲求・動機の侭に大嘘（公開させないから事実にすら基か
ない；詭弁も平気で悪用されている）を付いて被害者を犯罪者（冤罪
である；犯罪関係は真反対である）の様に騙し込んでいる。
彼等の欠点且つ負けず嫌いの狂った様に強い欲求はＢ・Ｃ、元責任者、
責任者、法学部（刑法・憲法）、医学部教授が非常に強く、狂った
様に強い欲求を負けず嫌いを重い連続犯罪をやり狂いながら教え子に
欠片も捜査させない、という手口で果たしてくる。それを勝つ為に
はどんなに卑怯な手でも大嘘でもいいと心底思っている、Ａ・京大
出身者、京都大学Ｆ・京都大学Ｎ、元京都大学Ｈ等が勝手に結託し、
連続落選依頼にも大嘘での騙し込みをし、放置結果の連続落選や
その連続被害を悪用されたほぼ最高速の連続当て付け人事（二十数人）
も被害者に対する冤罪作りの前提工作に悪用されており、全く手の
付け様の無い被害である。
　●大量の人事の過程で組織票を集め易くなった者に欲得が集中し
ているが、連続落選依頼や国への詐欺行為や嘘の流布や全員の扇動
等汚い手を総動員してくる。
等に著しい特徴があり、どんなに間違っていても、
　「札幌地検は法学部教授（刑法・憲法；対談で最高裁も同席した
のか？）の手下であり、彼等ばかりか結託した加害者連中を捜査公
開することはない」
と決めているので、どんなに大量に犯罪が罷り通っていて国全体が
損をしていても最高裁判所の方々の命令が無ければ事件対応しない。
どう責任を問うてもどうして毎日善悪逆の凄じい激痛の頭痛傷害を
伴いながらＡ、京大出身者、Ｂ、責任者や京都大学Ｆや両親、知事
や天皇家の振りで、彼等の欲求・動機からの大嘘を地域内（職場内）
で無限回反復（***現在進行中だが万一事件公開させないならば前に
も後にもこんなに卑怯な国、最高裁判所はないと思えるが、
１５人揃った総体として卑怯者なのでないならば事件命令を出されよ***）
される騙し込みをさせ続けるのか？　これでは、
　「あらゆる手段（善悪逆の連続犯罪や傷害や凶行や詐欺や大嘘を
含む）で被害者を職場や市民や国民やアメリカやヨーロッパにダニ
と思わす様に世界全員を騙し抜きながら、全部何一つやってない振
りで（最も汚く）殺害せよ」
と言われているのと然程大差無い状況であるが、加害者連中は、
　「（実体とは真反対に）非常に研究好き（或いは重視）とか正義
を教える職業とか社会の異常性を無くす職業」
に思われており、しかもそういう犯罪をやり狂う連中が勝手放題に
天皇家を連呼して詐称を悪用する（放置もわざと責任の所在を分ら
なくする目的とも思える）のが、大半の重い犯罪と天文的に違う
卑怯さなのである。
最高裁判所全体で加害者連中を逮捕するか責任を掛けられたい。
それでも万が一やらせ続けさせる（今もその状態だが重い連続犯罪
をやりながらの善悪逆のリストラ脅迫＋凶行＋傷害の上に陰で
事実無根の内容の冤罪を法学部教授から連絡する連中だけで擦り
付けながら決して彼等の公開責任を掛けさせずに、彼等の結託上の
都合で被害者を殺害する積りの加害者連中である）ならば、最高裁
判所の機関全体の責任を国会で追及するか国際的な司法機関からの
責任公開命令を出して頂きたい。
