I became wary of Cuisine restaraunts while working on the Prairies,
where "Asian and Western Cuisine" joints served hamburgers, chips, and
egg foo yung. (Not slagging the owners of the joints: a lot of times
they had the only place in town. Still, not my cup of tea).
