被害者は東京地検にどんなに詳細に庇護や連続落選依頼の捜査と
事件公開を願っていてもスペイン編集者の同僚のフランス研究者に
落とした内容を改良されて昨年のアメリカ有名論文誌（京都大学Ｆ
も副編集者；その号は約７ヶ月前と気付いたが何故か未だ印刷体が
被害者に大幅な遅延を掛けられて届かない）に載せられており、
スペイン編集者も京都大学Ｆの態度もそれを百も承知の態度なのだが、
Ｂや責任者はそれを直ちに被害者に対する扱い（最近事務サイドか
ら勝手に研究３０点（被参照はどれだけ有っても０点；副査は件数
毎に点、科研費や献金も点）、他７０点（この辺りは ReaD とかな
り違い順当ではないが）で評価する様になって大半は責任者からの
指名で全員にかなり多数の建て前の業務（それぞれに点が配当される）
を回す中で被害者１人を殆ど外し切る態度に出られている。１件に
付き単に年に３回１時間程度の集会が有る委員の１件分で勤務態度
の有り得る最大差；２件分程度（平均程度；責任者や評議員（や腹心）
は１０件以上でもなりたい放題；全部彼等が好き嫌いや科研費？で
指名する）で外国論文１本扱いしている可能性や、表向きこそ
「勤勉手当の差」としているが、それしか順位を出さず、人事（
例えば企業人ならば点は大幅に下がる）、リストラにそのまま使わ
れる可能性すら有るのである。
最近の連続当て付け人事を絶対に被害者の投稿論文を連続落選に
しなければならない理由にされて、元々外国論文誌に狂った様に

被害者は１本半の外国論文誌に職場全員の半数は付くと思える勤勉
手当も付かず、加害者連中や事務部長は何も書かなくとも職場会議
出席だけが仕事でも全員年収一千万円以上上の給与を国から貰って
いるが、彼等は自前の副査・委員や講演で懇意の知事とも組んで
先行して凶行をやり狂い、しかも２年前に被害者の論文が載った頃、
最高裁に文書を送付した頃から全速力で当て付け連続人事を起こし
ながら権力と京都大学全体から絶対にタダ飯食いに終らせる（しか
も捜査も事件対応も公開すらさせない）積りなのである。

　●「間違っている」と書いたのは再投稿原稿は間違っていないか
ら再投稿原稿でなく初期投稿原稿のミスを指摘するレポートを編集
者が作成して無理矢理送り付けられた。

直前に被害者のその原稿を下敷きにして改良した様な論文が 2006年
後半に２本も出た為に偶然ながらその意味で編集者に復唱された。

2005年に上流分野で被害者の原稿を盗られてアメリカ研究者を著者
にされた件といい、この件といい前々から頼んでいるのに無理矢理
に被害を与えられている。しかも手口から考えて、アメリカ学会論
文誌で合否入れ替えをした後は、

加害者ばかりか１国会議員や天皇家（子夫婦）を自在に名乗り続け
ながら暴走し国内やアメリカ・ヨーロッパを巻き込む重大な問題や
悪影響についてアメリカが実用化した物理的方法だから直ちに中止
させるか医者の殺人罪級の重罪に対して逮捕命令を日本に出す様に
して頂くことをお願いしたい」
被害者１人に無限に目を潰される様な頭の割れる様な最も耐え難い
激痛の頭痛傷害を掛け続ける１医学部教授は、少なくとも傷害罪で
逮捕されて計３万時間耐え難い激痛の頭痛傷害を掛けられる（死刑
より耐えれたら選択されたい）刑罰を下回らないで貰いたい。

加害者連中だけでもだが知事をも天皇家（子夫婦）をも、最悪には
最高裁？１人（職業偏重・職位偏重の最高裁調査官（法学部）や
複数学部からの連続落選依頼を煽る京都大学からの騙し込みしか聞
く耳を持たれない；しかし甚大且つ大量の重い事実を欠片も公開さ
せないのか？）を連呼され続けている最も卑怯・卑劣な連続犯罪＋
傷害＋凶行＋騙し込みの手口であり、司法機関（グルの地検は対応
する論理が無いので最高裁判所全体）から緊急に刑事事件公開して
頂きたい。

最高裁判所から直ちに加害者連中を逮捕若しくは責任公開をさせる
刑事事件命令を出して頂きたい。標準的な責任感では一方的傷害・
凶行・連続犯罪、脅迫、加害者連中（京都大学を含む）のみならず
知事や天皇家の名乗りを放置しない筈であるが、どうしてわざと
放置されるのか？

善悪逆に目の奥を潰す様な最も耐え難い激痛の頭痛傷害を掛けられ
続けているが、司法にも反省感の欠片も無く、早朝から加害者連中
が主だが執拗に天皇家（子夫婦）の振り迄されているが、拉致問題
だけが国内やアメリカを騒がせているが、生きている間中善悪逆に
目に掛けられ、ダニ扱い凶行を善悪逆に国民全員が喧嘩腰になる様
に跳ね上げられ、職場や京都大学からの連続落選依頼を掛けさせ続
け絶対にえわざと捜査させないならば国内問題でもそれを超える
被害であり、私はそういう所や地検数人に「たった１人を虐殺した
だけだ」という人物が居ては駄目だと思う。放置されるのは善悪逆
の苦痛や連続被害が限度外であり極めて不当である。
アメリカ・フランス・スペインでの司法からの捜査と事実公開も
実現して頂きたい所である。
一刻も早く最高裁判所（１人の振りで加害者に暴走させるのではな
く１５人全体として）か世界から正義と人道上の理由で直ちに事件
公開させるか最低でも頭痛傷害を止めさせて頂きたい。
