彼等は被参照論文数を全く無視（彼等が生涯０回でも）した上で
被害者の外国論文誌に連続落選依頼を職場（法学部教授も入る）・
京都大学ぐるみ（夫々の分野で生涯０本にしようという勢い）で入
れ抜きながら、偶にイギリス等が無視して掲載してくれたらそれを
「その論文誌は（彼等は生涯外国論文誌を全く書かないのに）俺等
はカウントしない」とか「Ａ・Ｂや京都大学Ｆが論文誌や内容を悪
く貶している（その論文誌は京都大学Ｆの学科でＦの書く論文誌と
同じ扱いであり、しかも直接参照されたり各種データベースに出て
くるが）」とか「（演習手下に依る大嘘）」と陰で彼等だけで言い
ながら、その間年間５回ずつ程度に被参照数の有った被害者に対し
て全力で連続当て付け人事（２０数件；大半は被参照数が１回も無い）
を起こし続けながらリストラ脅迫を掛け、指導で３００回（会議で
は５００回）も隠語入力凶行をしたり直接喧嘩腰の態度を示しながら、
被害者は善悪逆の傷害・凶行を跳ね上げられ（コンビニでも我慢な
らない程度；実際にレストランでは間違った憎悪の咳払いが止まら
ない客が出る事が何回でも有る）ているが、年に１００万円弱しか
貯まらない被害者と年額の差額が１年で１千万円以上も多い給与を
税金から毎年貰い続ける連中が結託して、重い連続犯罪や騙し込み
をしながら連続当て付け人事を起こし続け、重い傷害・凶行を跳ね

職場にログ又は東京地検への文書の法学部からのコピー窃取で知ら
れる；０５年８月末に WEB に流し込む投稿形式の時に１週間程は
気付かれなかったがやや前向きの返事がＥメールで来た途端、怒涛
の如く落選依頼を入れられ急に査読拒否された）から落選依頼の掛
かる可能性は無い（真っ赤な嘘である；大量且つ執拗な落選依頼を
入れられて迷惑の証言をすべき所を言い抜かれている；捜査公開さ
れたい）。落選依頼の圧力を受けることは無いし今回無かった様に
仮に今後の投稿が有っても無い（副編集者論文誌多数の脅迫の圧力
を受けないことは有り得ないがともかく職場の地位や京都大学
（やアメリカ超有名研究者）の言いなりになったからにはそれを
証言するのでは言うことを聞いた意味が無いという理屈である；
司法機関が捜査公開しないから司法でない素人相手に態度を硬化さ

と形式的返事を貫かれた。交通事故でもどんな事件でも素人が下手
に聞くとどうにもならない例通りである。
事実関係は大量の落選依頼が掛かり続けており、人事との連動も、

ながらのタダ飯食いのダニ扱い凶行通りになる迄はどんなに大量の
