実は昨年７月に編集者だけに送られていたと書かれたことに関する疑念）；
査読者２（分野に通じていないと思えるがファイナルで落選の意欲
だけは強い）が査読者３（急に査読レポート３を書いたと思える者）
と赤の他人と思わざるを得ない；貴方か誰かが査読レポート３
（初投稿に関して被害者に送られていなかったが編集者に送られて
いたと急に言ってこられた物）を書いたと思える」
と書いていたことに対して謝らなければ二度と応答しないと書いて
きているが、何より真実が重要でありそれを追及する態度に推測が
入っていてもその推測が真実な限り被害者は謝るべきと思えない。
真実は初投稿で前向きであり昨年８月の再投稿を受け付けられた
後に急に日本（職場や京都大学Ｆ・元京都大学Ｉ、加害者からアメ
リカノーベル賞研究者にさえ頼み込んで）から絶対に受け付けず
落選（ファイナル）にする様に頼み込んだと思えるのである。
その圧力が多分に脅迫的な為にスペイン編集者も大いに困っている
と思えるのである。
そもそもこうした事実調査は何回も文書で依頼している東京地検の
方々が手紙か電話でされ、その結果を事件公開されるべきではない
でしょうか？
最近は研究費不正費用ですら問題になりデータ改竄や内容盗用でも
一々有名大学教授が多くの分野で公開され大問題になっているのに、
京都大学だけは何をやってもいい（しかも捜査公開すらさせない）と、
法人化やそれに関連して京大医学部教授事件での最高裁とのコネを
悪用して勝手に決めているのでしょうか？
京都大学Ｆが、アメリカ学会論文誌で副編集者（京都大学Ｆはその
直後からも副編集者と共著を書き一層懇意である）に強要してした
様に、
　「（分野内全ての論文誌に対して；部署分野前論文誌には京都大
学Ｎから；更なる分野では３学部目が出てきて）
最も嫌われる態度で落とし生涯通さない論文誌であることを分野内
の全ての論文誌で印象付けろ」
　（善悪逆；こういうことを放置されては被害者は何を頑張る意味
も無いが、４人組の記事通りに知事や天皇家（子夫婦）を名乗られ
ながらのタダ飯食いのダニ扱い凶行通りになる迄はどんなに大量の
