Has anyone ran into a problem with your > laptop and the autosensing while in Japan? No problems ever noted. Most electrical engineers will tell you that plugging a 60Hz product into a 50Hz power source will help it keep going longer. No idea how it will affect performance but be aware that some laptops take a slight performance hit which most users will not notice. You _may_ want to check that your warranty is honored in Japan. The foreign-market products of most Japanese manufacturers are not, unless you specifically have an international warranty that specifically includes this country. Fujitsu is not on anyone's list of companies noted for kindness or flexibility in warranty repair. CL
