LAW ENFORCMENT IS STILL ILLEGALLY ABUSIVE TO US! PLEASE HELP!

I can't help not wondering that in the world of proper procedures that
over here in the little micro dot that I call my area of residence why
such things NEVER even thought of.  It is a strain on the brain of the
average normal American that in our system of society maybe that in
other locations it is used but why not here in this area? I am tired
of being threatened with arrest, harm, death, made to look like I
never existed.  I am tired of being followed and treated as a super
criminal.  I am tired of these people who won't leave me alone.  I AM
ESPECIALLY tired of LAW ENFORCMENT DENYING involvement and when I
listen to my police radio scanner it is confirmed as OPPOISITE by me
as I have personally heard for myself.  I can't help but to wonder
what type of methods do our so called or as we all have by now come to
know them but to keep clean that we LAUGHINGLY call LAW ENFORCMENT
use?

From all the things done to me an expression as Pathetically
Incompletely Grossly Stupid    comes into my mind, how about yours?
Today I drove my family up north just for the day and not that greatly
far from home.  When we returned to our house from a very pleasant
time we instantly got reminded that we ARE NOT SAFE IN OUR OWN HOME.
Once again these so called professional law enforcers got into our
home and our window locks were loosed up among other things that we
seen on sight that was wrong.  This to me is just another display of
Professionally Incompactly Groundlessly Systematically method used to
harass, annoy and bother me.  This situation has got to end because I
am NOT being left alone and it is now years of this crap done to me.
I HAVE COMMITTED NO CRIME.  These so called officers of the law are
making me their CONCORD CALIFORNIA SCAPE GOAT to justify their waste
of time and totally INTENTIONAL ABUSE of our hard earned AMERICAN TAX
DOLLAR!


JUST TODAY of TUESDAY 4-20-04 I have had the following experiences as
they tried to ruin my day and upset my elderly parents as well.

A…I and my family including my dog are followed close to 40 MILES up
north.
B… I and my family including my dog are monitored on every little
movement that we made NON STOP until we left and then followed close
to 40 MILES on a return trip with a stop over of a local errand.
(THIS DEAR READERS)  TOOK AROUND 8 HOURS and I have no clue as to
NUMBER of PUBLIC SERVANTS INVOLVED.
C…My friend came to go out to dinner with me and we drove less than 2
miles to a nice little restaurant near by.  My dinner was ruined by
these PUBLIC SERVANTS following us and then sitting in SMELLING range
of us.  Also making their caustic comments of lets do this thing and
we really are going to take him.  Also comments as He hasn't really
done anything yet but we have to get rid of him as no one wants him
around!

    


    PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE BEST DESCRIPTION FOR THIS ABUSE?

Would Choice number 1 of being Completely Pathetically Incompletely
Grossly Stupid?     OR Would Choice number 2 of being Completely
Professionally Incompactly Groundlessly Status?


I would be nice to see and hear some honest and decent and most proper
law enforcement work being done in this matter and trying to end this
situation peacefully.  To date I have had upwards in the THOUSANDS OF
DOLLARS forced expense to replace the things intentionally ruined if I
had to buy brand new replacements at the NEW VALUE that my PERSONAL
PRIVATE PROPERTY would have cost at the time new!

I have had LIFE THREATENING MEDICAL PROBLEMS RESULT because of the
INTENTIONAL ABUSE that I was forced to suffer at their hands
INTENTIONALLY!

I still find all this INTENTIONAL ABUSE and all that has been done by
LAW ENFORCMENT to me and those HELPERS if any a slap in the face to
the decent law abiding AMERIFCAN PUBLIC.

I really wish that a proper professional in the legal world would come
to my aid and the aid of all of us decent AMERICAN PEOPLE who these
types of ENFORCMERS want to destroy the lives of.

My LEGAL internet activity is still being intercepted and interfered
with by these so called law professionals.  THIS IS ILLEGAL ABUSE.
Now this is why I am looking into seeking an unspecified MULTI BILLION
DOLLAR SUIT AGAISNT these people and their agencies they represent!

In closing and this is probably the shortest document from me yet and
all I come up with is that I respectfully ask you that Please
Insistently Gratefully Support!


Any help is appreciated, any advice appreciated.  I can not live like
this.  I will not commit SUCIDE or die at their or whom these so
called professional people elect hands.
