If HQ is the gaigin-ghetto of Tokyo, then maybe its best to gaman a
bit until you go back, then have a good rethink. There are plenty of
options in Tokyo. More than 80% of all OECD country gaigins leave
within 3 years of arrival, so there are always opportunities opening
up.

Join the ANZCCJ by the way. It won't cost much, especially when you
look back on the initial investment, even if that "looking back" is
only 12 months or so from now.
