Why would you demand to pay several times more per minute of use than you'd get from a flat fee connection? They _may_ exist, but why? Before you even waste your time on this, maybe you should say what your situation is -- visiting for a short term, living here, trying to make a budget so you can move here? If you are visiting, just spend enough for a hotel room that has a LAN connection. They're not much more than a hostel room, if at all. You can use web based mail servers and just read your mail off the free PC in some hotel lobbies and at internet cafes. There's also inexpensive WiFi ... CL
