Shannon is referring to an exchange between Sigi and I regarding his
arrival at TPC and then moving on to fj.life.in-japan. How a you get
from what we wrote to what he replied ... or how the contents warrant
the reply ... is something that has slipped right by. I'd prefer that
it stay slipped by, thank you. I am also fuzzy on the reasoning why it
is relevant here, but we're all mostly people who know one another from
a number of different online groups ...

But, as long as we have your attention, yes, the TPC has undergone some
recent changes. Most of them we think are for the better. I'd like to
invite everyone to stop over at http://www.tokyopc.org and to have a
look around the discussions on news.tokyopc.org. There are plenty of
places a non-member can make comments, ask questions, or join in
discussions. Lots of information on multilingual computing, both Win
and Linux. Also, feel free to check out our upcoming events for the
months of May and June.
