Generally Japanese mind their own business and have better manners to
discuss other people's medical conditions. Look up the concept uchi/soto
and you will find a tonne of information. Also Buddhist concepts are
that the child doesn't have a soul until born, the soul of an aborted
fetus is just going to have to wait until mum gets preggers again.
