You can go there at night. I know people that rent laptops+wireless internet, but the conditions are not for travellers like you. It's like for cell phones, they ask you to have an adress and a bank account here, and you pay more if you don't take a 2 yr contract. Maybe you hotel can rent you a computer. Kuri
