Any suggestions
I have a Toshiba A30-714 and ever since I've had it the fan has always
come on a lot. In fact I've just timed it and it's coming on every 30
seconds. Also I have had a problem with it not booting up sometimes.
This has only happened since I installed SP2 which I have since
uninstalled. It recently run for 3 weeks with no problems but last
night it failed again, I tried to boot it up about 10 times but could
only do it in Safe Mode, System Restore didn't help. Has anyone had
anything similar or have any ideas? I rang the Toshiba Helpline and
they were very good but couldn't come up with an answer as it doesn't
help it being intermittent. The only thing they could suggest was
having to use the Recovery disc then install SP2 and then reinstall all
the software. Looks like I will have to do that if I can't find another
answer.
