Interesting. So the governor of the state personally creates the
ballots. I just heard a news item today that the county elections
supervisor (not sure of exact title) has created the ballot for use in
Palm Beach County this time, is receiving flak for it, and has stated
that people would complain no matter the style of the ballot.

So the governor personally created the ballots in 2000 and having them
done at the county level was part of some election reform?

If you think the governor provided the ballots, it really makes me
question your statement about GW providing the mail-in prayer cards.

In what way did they set a precedent for a royal appointment? By
telling the Florida Supreme Court that they have to apply the laws
that are in effect at the time of the election and not change the
rules midstream? Goodness, that was heavy-handed of them.
