And what do you know about living in the US or who loses out?  All you hear 
are whining saps like TXZZ, or what is reported, usually negative, about the 
US in the media.  Sure I would like lower taxes, who wouldn't but at the 
same time the rampant "looting" that always seems to be reported is far over 
blown.

_Based_ on what I've heard of Australia in the US media, shows, movies, 
etcetera... I could think all Australians beat their Wife/Girlfriends when 
they're not too busy fucking sheep, getting drunk, or thinking up another 
really stupid way to kill themselves.

I DON'T believe this to be true, I visited Australia twice while in the USN 
and found those mostly to be false, but you can see how others living 
outside of a country can misjudge or form false/negative Stereotypes of that 
country if they based it on hearsay and negative media reports only.
